a.       MTN I WEHA TRANSPORT INDONESIA 2016 principal amount of Rp.35.000.000.000, - (thirty five billion Rupiah);
b.      This period of 9 (nine) months from the date of issuance of the MTN on May 23, 2016;
c.       Interest Rate of 11.5%
d.      MTN maturing on February 23, 2017;
e.       As Arranger is PT. Mandiri Sekuritas, domiciled in South Jakarta, with offices at Plaza Mandiri, 28th Floor, Jl. Gatot Subroto Jakarta 12190 Kav.36-38.
f.       As an agent to represent the rights and interests of the MTN is PT. Mandiri Sekuritas, domiciled in South Jakarta, with offices at Plaza Mandiri, 28th Floor, Jl. Gatot Subroto Jakarta 12190 Kav.36-38.
g.   Use  of proceeds from the MTN after deducting expenses related to the issuance of MTN Perseoan will be used entirely by the Company as working capital and / or refinancing.
